Join us for a conversation with those who have been living and studying the forest and its people, its reality, sharing in different ways how to respect it, love it, and protect it, through knowledge, ritual, and art:

Marlene Samper, social communicator, book publisher, environmental educator, and promoter of indigenous community development through the revival of traditional art.

Diego Samper, visual artist, photographer, filmmaker, designer, and explorer of the Amazon.

Dr. Lucie Gagne (Moderator), award winning interior designer, educator, researcher, and faculty leader for a field school in the Amazon Rainforest.

The evening is sponsored by the Living Forest Institute and the Sunshine Coast Arts Council.
